I'am a Vaastu Consultant and have been practising Vaastu since the past 3 years. My approach is based on the taking the readings of a plot by ascertaining the magnetic North. Once the correct degree of Tilt is ascertained the plot or layout of a House, Shop, factory etc is divided into 16 directions. Again this divison is not done haphazardly but by way of a grid system wherein all the 16 grids have a diffrence of degrees and meaning as described in the ancient texts on Vaastu. Once the plot is divided sciencetifically the major defect in the building is ascertained. Depending upon the customers needs and ability both structural as well as cosmetic remedies are provided.
